Q: What are included in
transportation/transfer cost?
A: Our price is included
driver, petrol and toll way fee.
Q: Rates on website are
per person or per vehicle?
A: It's per vehicle.
Q: What is the occupancy
allowed?
A: Maximum 2 adults and/or
2 children for car and 8 adults on van for your comfortable
(it's also depending on your baggage)
Q: How do I find driver
at the airport upon arrival?
A: Upon arrival at the
airport, please process end of custom and then TURN LEFT and
look for your name signboard.
Q: Do car/van has air-conditioning?
A: Yes
Q: What types of car/van
are you provided?
A: All vehicles are clean
and in good condition between years 1999-2005.
Q: Can I pay transportation/transfer
cost upon arrival
A: Yes, you are able to
pay cash full amount (Thai Baht) to your driver upon arrival

to change pick-up time or amend service dates?

Q: Do I need to reconfirm

A: If you are holding
our email confirmation and plan is not changed, reconfirmation
